If you are having problems setting breakpoints in Eclipse, it may be that your project – or a subproject – is out of date. That is the debug file (.hzx) is out of step with the source code. To make sure that everything is up-to-date you can use the “Clean Project” option to force a complete rebuild of your project and sub-projects.
