“HZX not loaded for codelet” error when debugging

    There are two main causes for this error.

    1. The “codeletid” attribute was not set when building the codelet. Please format as a four digit hexadecimal value.
    2. The codeletid is 0x0100 or greater: there is a bug in the debugger, please download the attached patch (mdb 3.3.0.2). This can be used with SmartDeck 3.3 or 3.2
