From a user:
I was trying to set up a new MULTOS SmartDeck environment on Windows 10 Pro x64.
I installed the following components:
– Azul Zulu JDK 8.80.0.17 (8u422) 64-bit (Zulu8.80.0.17-ca-jdk8/.0.422-win_x64.msi)
– eclipse-cpp-2018-12-R-win32-x86_64.zip
– SmartDeck3_6install.zip
and used the SmartDeckInstaller3_6.zip to have all the env setting configured (including regsvr32) and had the configuration applied as defined in the smartdeck_manual.pdf.
I was able to compile several projects and the hza was correctly created, however, if I want to run the debugger, I receive the following error: (see attached image)Solution:
- Created directory c:\temp (where the debugger creates it’s log file)
- Downloaded the clean workspace demo-workspace.zip from the software downloads page
- Replaced the existing .metadata directory in the non-functioning workspace with that from demo-workspace
